Noise Complaint and Investigation Request Form

If you have a complaint about aircraft noise or want our noise management team to look into a noise event, there are two ways to contact us. One is through our 24-hour Noise Report Hotline, 510-563-6463, where citizens' concerns and questions about aircraft noise are recorded. Staff make every effort to answer the Hotline on weekdays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. If no one is able to answer your call, please leave a detailed message. The second is by filling out the form below. If you are filing a complaint about a specific noise event, it is very important to provide all the information in order for us to effectively investigate and document your concerns. If you want the flight in question investigated, you have to provide us a means of contacting you.

E-mail is the most preferred method communication.
